Show on the Green 2024

We are pleased to announce that our annual show on the Green is back.
Bookings are now being taken. if you wish to book a place please fill in the form below and click submit. Once we confirm your booking we will send you details on how you can pay via internet banking or online.
Prices for a pitch are £30 per pitch.
Each pitch is 6mts x 6mts. you are welcome to keep your vehicle on your pitch during the day as long as you do not take up more than your allotted space.
Tables are very limited and cost £10 to hire. (max 1 table per pitch)
Please note that you will be required to collect from a central point and pay a £20 cash deposit on the day and this will be returned after you return the table at the end of the day. We are very sorry to have to introduce this but we have lost a number of tables over the last few years.
Setup is from 9am and the event is open to the public between 12pm and 4pm.

Sorry but we will not accept stalls selling alcohol.

**Whilst we will do everything we can to accommodate all requests we cannot guarantee this. Also if we get multiple applications for the same type of stall we might have to limit the number of the same type of stalls. Applications will be processed first come first served.
